Depending on the services you use on the Made for Movement website, the information you give to us may include your forename, surname, email, address (for example your street, town, city, county or postcode), phone, date of birth, details of medical condition, disability, dependent’s contact and condition information, company name, and company account code.
In addition, if you are using the Web shop (available in the UK only via PayPal) you will be requested to provide contact and delivery address details. Your personal payment details such as credit card or security (CVV) numbers will be processed via PayPal.
You may decide to supply other personal data when you contact Made for Movement (for example when you send us an email or phone our customer services team). If we require personal data during correspondence with you, we will explain to you why we would like this information and what we do with it at each stage.
If you are providing personal data to us on behalf of someone else, you must ensure that they have been provided and read this Privacy Policy before doing so.

Third-Party Product Providers

These Third-Parties will only act under our instruction and we have a contract in place with them that requires them to keep your information secure and to only use it for the reason it was collected.
Other Sunrise Medical Divisions
If your enquiry originates from a different country, we may disclose personal data about you to the relevant Sunrise Medical division responsible for that country to help with your enquiry or fulfil request. Unless they provide you with their own Privacy Policy, they may use your personal details for the purposes explained in this Policy.
Under some circumstances we may be required to disclose or share your information without your consent, for example if we are required by the police, the courts or for other legal reasons.

We only retain personal data that’s been submitted to our website for the following periods, unless otherwise required by law:

The personal data you submit to us when requesting product information will be retained for 12 months, for auditing and administration purposes.
Personal data you submit to us when requesting a product demonstration will be retained by Made for Movement for 12 months after the scheduled demonstration date to deal with any queries regarding your request.
Personal data you submit to us when making an enquiry or correspondence via email or web form will be kept up to 2 years from the last date of interaction with us, for administration purposes.
If you have subscribed to receive email newsletters, we retain the personal data collected for as long as you are subscribed. If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive such newsletters, you will be unsubscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address recorded on a suppression list to prevent you receiving further email newsletters from us.
After these periods, your personal data is removed for analytical reasons.
In situations where you have consented to receive email newsletters alongside your request (for example if you requested product information and consented to receive email newsletters) we will retain your name, email address and country. All other un-necessary personal data will be removed.
If legally required, or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your personal data for the applicable period during which claims may be raised (the statute of limitations), or for any mandatory retention period, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Registration: Users must register for an account providing accurate and current information.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
Eligibility: Users must be of legal age to form a binding contract or have parental consent to use the app. -
Permitted Use: The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use for activity tracking.
Prohibited Conduct: Users must not misuse the app or Innowalk device, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or other unauthorized uses. -
All content included in the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used, is the property of Made for Movement or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

Welcome to Innowalk Activity Tracker by Made for Movement. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app in conjunction with the Innowalk device.

By registering an account and using our app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. You will be required to agree to the following:

Session Data: When you start a session on the app, we collect and store data from the Innowalk device, including RPM, number of steps, distance, session duration, level of sit or stand in the device (measured in 5 levels), active or passive usage, and imbalance of support between left and right foot.
Device Data: During Innowalk usage in combination with the app, we collect data of the device you are connected to for maintenance and error monitoring such as run-time of different components, errors, component errors and other device data.
